Galvanized steel plate is a welded steel plate with hot dip plating or electric galvanized layer on the surface, which is generally widely used in construction, home appliances, vehicles and vessels, container manufacturing, electromechanical industry and so on.

The manufacturing process of galvanized sheets is generally divided into the following steps:
1.Surface treatment
First, the surface of the substrate needs to be treated to remove oil, rust and other impurities on the surface to
facilitate the subsequent adhesion of the coating.
2. Pickling treatment
Next, pickling treatment is required to remove the iron oxide scale on the surface of the substrate and enhance
the adhesion of the substrate surface.
3. Immersion plating treatment
The pickled substrate is immersed in a plating solution containing zinc salt, and after an electrochemical reaction,
a zinc layer is deposited on the surface of the substrate to form a zinc plating layer.
4. Drying treatment
The galvanized sheet is dried to remove moisture and volatile matter from the surface, making the galvanized
layer stronger.
5. Coating treatment
If necessary, the surface of the galvanized sheet can be coated to increase the durability and aesthetics of its surface.
