Product Description
1. Main classification
According to the production process:
Hot-rolled carbon steel coil: high-temperature rolling, large thickness (usually more than 1.5mm), with oxide skin on the surface, used in scenes with low surface requirements (such as structural parts, pipes).
Cold-rolled carbon steel coil: Hot-rolled coil is made after pickling and cold rolling. It has a smooth surface, accurate size and a thin thickness (0.2~4mm). It is used for precision processing of automobile plates, household appliances, etc.
by carbon content:
Low-carbon steel coil(C≤0.25%): soft and easy to mold, such as SPCC (cold rolling), SPHC (hot rolling).
Medium carbon steel coil (C 0.25%~0.6%): high strength, used for mechanical parts.
High carbon steel coil (C>0.6%): high hardness, used for tools, springs, etc.
by purpose:
Structural steel (such as Q235), stamping steel (such as 08Al), deep punching steel (such as DC04), etc.
Production process
1. Hot rolling process:
Slab heating → rough rolling → fine rolling → coiling → cooling → finished product.
2. Cold rolling process:
Hot-rolled coil → pickling → cold rolling → annealing → finishing (cutting, oiling, etc.).
Main application fields
Construction: steel structure, roof, bridge (hot-rolled coil).
Automobile: body panel, chassis parts (cold-rolled high-strength steel).
Home appliances: refrigerator, washing machine shell (galvanized carbon steel coil).
- **Mechanical: bearings, gears (medium and high carbon steel coils).
Package: 3 layers of packing, inside is kraft paper, water plastic film is in the middle and outside Gl steel sheet to be covered by steel strips with lock, with inner coil sleeve.
Loading Port: Tianjin/Qingdao/Shanghai Port.
