 Hot-dip Galvanized steel is to immerse a thin steel plate in molten zinc,then a layer of zinc is attached to the surface of the steel. It is one kind of popular anti-corrosion method and can provide a long service life of metal materials.

2.Electro-galvanized steel 

Electro-galvanizing is a process of applying a layer of zinc to steel through electroplating, with a saline anode and steel conductor. It is able to enhance the corrosion and heat resistance of steel. Also, it makes steel sheets more good-looking.

For galvanized steel coils, the steel sheet is immersed in a molten zinc bath to make a sheet of zinc coated on its surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in a plating tank with zinc melted to make galvanized steel plate; alloyed galvanized steel plate. This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dip method, but immediately after being out of the tank, it is heated to about 500 ºC to form an alloy coating of zinc and iron.This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.

1. Size and shape measurement items: allowable deviation of thickness, width, length, unevenness, out of square degree and sickle bend.

2. Chemical composition test items: carbon content, sulfur content, manganese content, silicon content, phosphorus content, titanium content, aluminum content, niobium content, vanadium content, etc.

3. Physical performance test items: yield strength, tensile strength, elongation after breaking, R value, N value, tensile strain mark, baking hardening value, coating adhesion, coating weight, coating surface structure, surface quality, adhesion and corrosion resistance.

4. Environmental performance evaluation test items: lead content, content, cadmium content and hexavalent chromium content.
