Carbon steel pipes are widely used in various industrial fields because of their relatively low cost, good processing performance and moderate strength. According to the different manufacturing processes, carbon steel pipes can be divided into two categories: seamless steel pipes and welded steel pipes. 
Seamless carbon steel pipe is made by heating the solid steel billet and perforating, rolling or drawing. There are no welds and suitable for occasions with high pressure and temperature.
Welded carbon steel pipe** is made by rolling and forming steel plates or steel strips. According to different welding methods, they can be divided into straight seam welded pipes and spiral welded pipes.
